How long does activation take?
Our team reviews each registration and usually activates new restaurants within a few hours. You'll be able to sign in with the email and password you chose at sign-up.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code on their table and order from their phone's browser. Only your waiters use the Android app, and that's optional.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every restaurant gets a free subdomain straight away, and you can connect your own domain at any time. Your customers see your brand, not ours.
I have more than one outlet. Is that supported?
Yes. Add as many branches as you need under one brand. Each branch has its own menu, tables, staff and stock, and you can see reports for all of them together.
